Every coach in the Wisconsin Youth Soccer is required to have a Risk Management Background check completed every two years. It expires on your birthday, two years after you received it. If you have lost your card, you can contact the coach pass coordinator at the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association to obtain a new one.
If you are new to coaching, please complete your Risk Management as soon as possible. The cost is $12 and is reimbursed by the Club.
The Elkhorn Soccer Club requires all it's coaches to obtain their USSF "F" license at a minimum for all coaches at the 8U, 9U and 10U levels. We also encourage all coaches coaching at the 11U and up level to obtain their USSF "E" License. For Coaches wanting to move their teams to the competitive level starting at 11U, the WYSA requires all coaches to obtain their USSF "E" License. The Club will reimburse coaches upon successful completion of the courses. The coaching education starts at the U.S. Soccer Digital Coaching Center.
